摘要
在考察情报与决策关系基础上,提出决策情报服务体系结构模型,明确研究意义,指出体系构建的科学性与合理性,进而分析情报决策者心理诉求对构建该体系的影响,总结出几点保证性因素,即注重情报人才培养、情报体制改革等,以期实现情报与决策活动的协调发展与完善。
Based on the review of the relationship between intelligence and decision-making,this article proposes a structural model of decision-making intelligence service system,makes clear the significance of the research,and points out the scientificalness and rationality of the system construction.The article further analyzes the influence of the psychological appeal of the intelligence decision-makers on the construction of the system,and summarizes some assurance factors such as paying attention to the training of intelligence talents and the reform of intelligence system so as to realize the coordinated development and perfection of intelligence and decision-making activities.
