摘要
针对油田开发过程中遇到的问题,为提高有杆抽油系统的效率,节能降耗,研制开发了抽油井多参数综合测试系统。文中介绍了其结构原理及组成部分,系统分析了其在抽油井试井、抽油井诊断及抽油井生产参数优化等方面的应用,为油田的生产开发提供大量的系统测试数据。该系统集液面自动监测、抽油井诊断于一体,功能模块化,采集自动化,系统监测油井在不同抽汲参数下的变化情况,同时还可连续监测油井供液能力的变化,开辟了批量测试抽油参数的新途径。
In order to solve oil production problems, increase purnping well system efficiency, save energy and cut down costs,more paxameters multiple testing system for pumping wells have been researched and developed. The system has the functions of automatic detect ion for fluid level, pamping well diagnosis, medular function and automatic recovery, which can monitor the varations of oil preduction under the different swabbing pararneters, and the varations of fluid inject ion for the oil wells. It's principles compositions and its application of testing pumping well are described, suppling a lot of testing data of oil preduction for oil field development.
