摘要
利用常规石蜡切片技术对柠条锦鸡儿(Caragana korshinskii Kom.)大孢子发生和雌配子体发育的过程进行了观察。结果表明:柠条锦鸡儿子房1室,1心皮,含多枚倒生胚珠;双珠被,薄珠心;珠心表皮下细胞分化为孢原,并直接发育成大孢子母细胞;大孢子母细胞减数分裂形成直列四分体,合点端的一个发育形成单核胚囊,胚囊发育属寥型;成熟胚囊的结构为:珠孔端为2个助细胞和1个卵细胞,中央为1个二核中央细胞,合点端为3个反足细胞。扫描电镜观察柱头乳突细胞为棒状,胚珠倒生。
A study was conducted to observe the megasporogenesis and development of female gametophytes of Caragana korshinskii Kom.by using method of traditional paraffin sections.The results show that.The ovary is monolocular,with two anatropous ovules in each,bitegmic and tenuinucellatae.Archesporial cell differentiated usually functions directly as the megaspore mother cell,which formed a linear tetrad by meitotic divison,one megaspore at chalazal end developed into mononucleate embryosac,The development of embryo sac was Polygonum type.The mature embryosac consist of two synergids near the micropyle,a central cell in the center of embryo sac,three antipodal cells in the chalaza.Using a scanning electronic microscope（SEM）,the stigma were observed,papilla cells were clavate,ovule was anatropous.
