芸薹属自交不亲和信号传导功能分子的研究进展

摘要 芸薹属自交不亲和属于孢子体自交不亲和(SSI),受S位点复等位基因控制。SCR、SRK是自交不亲和的关键因子,花粉产生信号分子SCR,与柱头乳突细胞SRK相互作用,然后进行细胞内的一系列信号传导。近年来在自交不亲和过程中有重要作用的其他因子也有所研究,如:ARC1、THL1/THL2、MLPK、EXO70A1等。本文综述了芸薹属自交不亲和信号传导过程中的功能分子的研究进展。
