摘要
本文报告265例病人 CSF 中β_2-微球蛋白测定,其中男160例,女105例,共分四个组:(1)正常组10例;(2)肿瘤组143例;(3)非肿瘤组10例:(4)外伤组102例。测定结果:正常组平均值为1.198μg/ml,255例病人中肿瘤组大多数升高,其中以恶性肿瘤显著升高,最高为3.9μg/ml,着重分析讨论 CSF 中β_2-微球蛋白的作用和 CSF 中β_2-微球蛋白升高对恶性肿瘤早期诊断及预后判断具有一定价值。
β_2-Microglobulin in CSF were determined in265 cases.There were 160 males and 105females.It was divided into four group:1) Tumors143 cases (including brain tumors 130 and spinalcordtumor13);2) cranio-cerebral injury 120 cases;3) other craniocerebral diseases;4) normal 10cases.The mean normal value was 1.198 μg/ml.In most cases of tumor,the β_2-microglobulincontents showed higher value.The highest onewith malingnant tumor was 3.9μg/ml.The sig-nificance of β_2-microglobulin in CSF isdiscussed.It may be useful in early diagnosis andprognosis of craniocerebral malignant tumor.
