摘要
大学工科教师的专业化程度如何,直接影响着"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的成败,因而有必要结合工科教师所处的成长环境,从教师职业特性、政府和教师个人这几个方面来制定促进大学工科类教师专业化的策略,如:树立终身学习理念,构建终身学习教育体系;政府因势利导,搭建立体式成长平台;面向高等工程教育国际化,主动融入工程教育国际合作;投身工程实践,提升工程教育的实践性。
The level of engineering teachers professionalization in universities has direct effects on the implementation of the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers (PETOE). It is thus necessary to formulate the strategies to promote the professionalization of engineering teachers from the aspects of their vocational characteristics, governmental support and individual development while considering the environment in which they live and work. The strategies might include: advocating the philosophy of lifelong learning; constructing a lifelong learning-based educational system; build- ing up a development platform with government support; promoting international cooperation in engi- neering education; increasing engineering practice.
