摘要
机车车辆的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)问题越来越受到重视,过大的噪声振动不但会缩短仪器设备的使用寿命,而且会大大降低乘坐的舒适性,导致司机疲劳引发安全事故。对国内外机车隔振方案进行了对比,并针对国内某型号内燃机车进行隔振方案分析,建立司机室动力学模型,通过计算司机室振动频率响应函数,比较采用司机室弹性安装结构前后机车运行平稳性差异,分析其隔振效果。
Excessive noise and vibration will shorten the service life of the instruments and reduce the ride comfort,make driver feel faligue,affect safety.The isolation schemes for diesel locomotive's cabs at home and abroad were compared.Vibration isolation scheme analysis for a certain type of diesel locomotive was analyzed.The cab's dynamic model was estabishment and the vibration frequency response function(FRF) was calculated to analyze and compare the isolation effect.
