摘要
本文分析了某柴油机的振动激励力组成,利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)方法对该柴油机3个典型工况(怠速工况、外特性最大转矩工况、标定工况)的振动激励力进行了频谱分析,得出了各工况下引起该机振动的激励力的优势频率成分,为该机的悬置系统设计提供了依据.
The composition of vibration excitement force for certain diesel engine has been analyzed. With the fast fourier transform (FFT), the exciting force spectrum is studied under its three operating condition (idling, maximum turn power exported and norminated condition), and the main frequency range of the excitement force for each operating condition is obtained. The analyzed results provide the basis for mounting system design.
