摘要
课程设置是人才培养模式的核心要素,直接关系到人才培养的质量。通过对广西八所新建地方本科院校人才培养方案分析发现,其课程设置方向不明确,课程结构、课程内容和教材选择在很大程度上依附老的本科院校,进而致使学校办学特色的缺失,培养的人才不能适应社会经济发展的需求。为了发挥新建地方本科院校的优势,保持持续的生命力和竞争力,新建地方本科院校应该围绕人才培养目标设置课程,优化合理的课程结构和选择有针对性的教材。
The curriculum setting is the core elements of the talent training mode,which directly related to the quality of talent cultivation.According to the analysis of talent training scheme of eight Guangxi newly built local undergraduate colleges,we found that its curriculum setting orientation is unclear,the curriculum structure,curriculum content and teaching material selection largely depend on the old universities,thus resulting in the loss of the characteristics of running a school,the talent training can not meet the demand of social economic development.Therefore,in order to give full play to the advantage of the newly built local undergraduate colleges,to maintain the vitality and competitiveness,the newly built local undergraduate colleges should set the curriculum according to the talents training target,optimize the curriculum structure and targeted select the teaching material.
