摘要
目的 观察胰腺癌患者采用吉西他滨（GEM）化疗后血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达水平的变化,探讨其临床意义.方法 对22例胰腺癌患者采用GEM化疗,并采用ELISA法检测患者治疗前、后VEGF的表达水平,与健康体检者进行对照.化疗6个疗程后分析疗效与VEGF表达水平的关系.结果 胰腺癌患者VEGF表达水平高于健康体检组（P＜0.01）;化疗3个疗程后VEGF表达水平明显下降（P＜0.01）;化疗6个疗程后,客观有效者的VEGF表达水平明显低于病程进展者（P＜0.05）.结论 检测胰腺癌患者血清VEGF水平有助于对胰腺癌的诊断和GEM化疗效果的评价.
Objective To investigate serum vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） levels in patients with pancreatic cancer patients after chemotherapy with gemcitabine. Methods Serum VEGF levels were measured by ELISA kit in 22 patients with pancreatic cancer before and after 6 cycles of chemotherapy with gemcitabine. The serum VEGF levels were compared between patients who responded to chemotherapy and those not responded. Results Serum VEGF levels of pancreatic cancer patients before gemcitabine therapy were higher than those of health subjects （P〈0.01） ; the VEGF levels were declined after 3 cycles of chemotherapy （P〈0.01）. After 6 cycles of chemotherapy the VEGF levels in patients with effective and objective tumor response were lower than those in patients who had no response （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The measurement of serum VEGF is helpful for follow-up after gemcitabine chemotherapy in patients with pancreatic cancer.
