摘要
建立了毛细管GC -FID测定海洋环境样品中多环芳烃的方法。用二阶程序升温分离PAHs,保留指数定性 ,内标法定量 ,得出了方法回收率 (6 0 %～ 10 0 % )和仪器检出限。结果表明 ,本法可用于海洋环境样品中多环芳烃的测定。
A New capillary GC FID method for the analysis of PAHs was established,which included Soxhelt extraction,Aluminum Oxide column clean up and program temperature analysis and so on.The recoveries of PAHs were in the range of 60%～100%.Its shown from the results that the precision and veracity for the method are satisfactory.
