系统性红斑狼疮54例误诊病例分析 被引量：3

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE）是一种多器官、多系统受累的慢性自身免疫性疾病,其首发症状表现不一,在临床上易造成误诊漏诊.2003年1月~2010年7月期间在我院住院并且临床资料较详尽的的122例SLE患者,其中有54例曾被误诊为其他疾病,现将临床资料进行回顾性分析,以期找到该病误诊、漏诊的原因,以提高临床医生对SLE的诊疗水平.
