摘要
针对开发设计的新型卧螺机,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立整机模型,通过模态分析计算,获得整机的固有频率并进行了结构优化。优化结果表明,该卧螺机在正常的工作转速范围内不会发生共振现象。
Aiming at the independent developed new type decanter centrifuge, the whole machine modeling was built using finite element analysis soft ANSYS. Based on the modal analysis, the natural frequency of whole machine was obtained and the structure was optimized. The optimized results showed that the resonance phenomenon of the eentrifuge would not occur in normal working speed range.
