摘要
采用实体单元建立了卧螺离心机转鼓的三维有限元模型,并对转鼓进行了静力分析和模态分析。结果表明,转鼓在正常工况下的强度满足要求;在正常转速范围内也不会发生共振现象。
A 3-D solid finite dement modal of a horizontal screw decanter centrifuge drum was established by ANSYS. The static analysis and modal analysis of the drum under a normal functional mode were performed. The results demonstrate that the strength and stiffness assessments of the drum are reliable, and the sympathetic vibration will not happen in normal rotate speed.
