摘要
当前国内理论界对于中国特色社会主义制度,尤其是对邓小平南方谈话中关于"姓社姓资"的区分、社会主义基本经济制度和国有经济在社会主义制度中的地位和作用问题等方面存在着一些认识上的分歧。这些都是关系到中国特色社会主义制度兴衰成败的重大理论问题。本期特刊发卫兴华教授的文章就这些问题进行分析和阐述,以期通过百花齐放、百家争鸣,澄清是非,进一步完善中国特色社会主义经济理论。
It has critical implications to correctly understand Deng Xiaoping＇s discourse on the economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the theory and practice of the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. At present, there are some disagreements among theorists in understanding this issue, especially the issue on how to distinguish socialism from capitalism given by Deng Xiaoping＇s southern tour speech, the issue on the basic economic system of socialism, and the issue on the position and functions of the state-owned economy in the socialist system. These are major theoretical issues that are relevant to the success of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. We present a paper analyzing and illustrating these issues by Wei Xinghua, the First-class Emeritus Professor of the School of Economics, Renmin University of China, in order to further improve the theory of the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics by initiating open and broad discussions.
