摘要
目的观察金银花汤与青霉素联合用药治疗梅毒的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的临床试验方法。即将梅毒病人随机分为2组:一组用普鲁卡因青霉素治疗,另一组用金银花汤与普鲁卡因青霉素联合治疗。根据患者临床症状及体征好转情况、血清RPR滴度2项指标作为疗效判定的指标,2组数据用卡方检验进行统计。结果治疗组与对照组比较差异显著,作用机制清楚。结论金银花汤与青霉素联合用药治疗梅毒理论依据充分,疗效确切,可在临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the honeysuckle soup and penicillin combination therapy the clinical curative effect of syphilis.Methods The clinical trials of randomized method.Syphilis patients will randomly divided into two grenps：a group at iignocaine penicillin therapy with robust,another group used honeysuckle soup and general lignocaine penicillin combination therapy robust.According to the clinical symptoms and signs up, serum RPR drops degrees two indexes as the outcome,two sets of data index with chi--square statistics.Results Treatment group and control group is significantly different,the function mechanism clearly.Conclusion Honeysuckle soup and penicillin combination therapy syphilis theoretical basis,fully in clinical symptoms, and can promote the use of.
