摘要
采用费用 -效益分析的方法 ,研究了黄河三角洲农业开发的环境经济损益 。
A large scale agricultural exploitation will be executed in Yellow River Delta by Shandong provincial government. In the paper, based on analysis of the agricultural exploitation on environmental impact, the economic cost and benefit of the agricultural exploitation have been studied by CBA, and the basic approaches improving net environmental economic benefit for the agricultural exploitation have been suggested.
