摘要
运用费用—效益方法分析了山焦30万t/a煤焦油加工改造项目需要投入的环保投资和所能收到的环保效果及其对外界产生的环境影响、经济影响和社会影响。
By using the cost-benefit analysis method, this paper analyzes on the environmental protection investment needed by the 300 000 t/a coal-tar processing and reforming project of Shanxi Coke-oven Plant, expounds the obtained environmental protection results and its environmental influence,economic influence and social influence on the external world.
