摘要 为了制订丁硫克百威在苹果上安全使用标准 ,采用田间试验方法研究了丁硫克百威及其有毒代谢物在苹果和土壤中的残留动态 ,应用GLC法测定了丁硫克百威及其代谢物在苹果和土壤中的残留量。两年的试验结果表明 ,丁硫克百威在苹果和土壤中消解较快 ,其半衰期分别为2.7~3.2d和3.5~4.2d。施药浓度为2000倍 ,使用3次 ,末次施药距收获时间隔30d ,丁硫克百威及其代谢物在苹果中总残留量低于0.004mg/kg,在土壤中为0.319mg/kg,丁硫克百威属易降解农药 (T1/2<30d)。 s: In order to tailor standards for safe use of insecticide carbosulfan on apple, a field supervised experiment was conducted to reveal dynamics of carbosulfan and its toxic metabolites in apple and soil, respectively. The residues of carbosulfan and its toxic metabolites in apple and soil were determined by GLC. Results of two year's study showed that carbosulfan and its toxic metabolites dissipated rapidly from apple and soil. Its half-lives on apple and soil were 2.7~3.2 and 3.5~4.2 days, respectively. The apple garden was sprayed three times with marshal 20% EC at the dilution of 1:2000(100 mg a.i./liter of water). At 30 days after last application, the final residues of the insecticide and the toxic metabolites on apple and soil were <0.004 mg/kg and 0.319 mg/kg respectively. Therefore, it may be concluded that carbosulfan is a non-persistent pesticide.
