摘要
为了制订扑菌唑在蘑菇上安全使用标准 ,采用温室试验的方法 ,研究了扑菌唑在蘑菇和土壤中的残留动态 ,应用GLC法测定了扑菌唑在蘑菇和土壤的残留量。2年的试验结果表明 ,扑菌唑在蘑菇和土壤中消失较快 ,其半衰期分别为1.5～4.3d和7～10d。按推荐剂量使用 ,在蘑菇中的最终残留量低于0.0017mg/kg。
In order to make up the standards for safe use of prochloraz on mushroom, a greenhouse experiment was conducted to study the residual dynamics of the fungicide in mushroom and soil. The residues of prochloraz in mushroom and soil were determined by GLC. Results of two years' study showed that prochloraz dissipated rapidly from mushroom and soil. Its half-lives in mushroom and soil were 1.5-4.3 and 7-10 days, respectively. The mushroom casing was sprayed once with prochloraz at a rate of 0.6 g a.i/m2. At harvest, the final residues of prochloraz in mushroom was<0.001 7mg/kg.
