摘要
目的:应用彩色多普勒超声评价糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)伴高血压患者肱动脉内皮功能。方法:选择86例糖尿病肾病伴高血压患者,应用彩色多普勒超声检测反应性充血前后的肱动脉内径的变化,并与102个正常人相比较。结果:糖尿病肾病伴高血压患者的肱动脉内径基础值为(3.76±0.33)mm,低于正常对比组(3.91±0.40)mm(P<0.01),反应性充血后肱动脉内径的扩张程度为(9.68±1.40)mm,显著低于正常对比组(12.59±1.88)mm(P<0.01)。结论:彩色多普勒超声不仅可评价糖尿病肾病伴高血压患者的血管内皮功能,而且对预防和治疗糖尿病肾病患者的高血压有较高的价值。
Objective To evaluate the endothelial function of diabetic nephropathy （DN） patients with hypertension by color Doppler ultrasound. Method Total 86 DN patients with hypertension were selected. The inside diameter changes of arteria brachialis before and after reactive congestion were detected by color Doppler ultrasound,while 102 health adults were used as the control group. Results The basic value of inside diameter of arteria brachialis in DN patients with hypertension was （ 3.76 ± 0. 332 ） mm, which was lower than that of the control group （3.91±0. 40） mm（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The dilation extent of arteria brachialis after reactive congestion was about （9. 68 ±1.40） mm ,which was also significantly lower than that of the control group （12. 59±1.88 ）mm （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The endothelial func- tion of blood vessels in DN patients with hypertension could be evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound which shows a high value in preven- ting and curing reactive diseases.
