摘要
学报和学科建设关系密切,均以学术工作为中心。学科建设为学报提供了充足的稿源,有利于提升学报质量,其学术梯队建设有利于形成一支稳定的高水平的学报作者队伍,为学报特色化建设奠定了基础。而高校学报可以通过创办特色栏目推动重点学科、优势学科、特色学科建设,整合学术资源,催生新兴学科,培养作者队伍,支持学科人才梯队建设,促进科研成果传播,传递学术信息,推动教学研究,为学科建设服务。编辑要有意识地主动为学科建设服务,实现学报和学科建设的可持续发展,共同推动高校办学水平的提高。
Journals and discipline construction are closely related with academic work as the center. Their relationships are mutual promotion, bringing out the best in each other and common development, Discipline construction provides the journal with sufficient manuscript source, which is conducive to the improvement of the quality of the journal, and the construction of the academic echelon is conducive to the formation of a stable high level of journal author team, which lays a foundation for the characteristic construction. The university journal can be achieved by establishing characteristic column to drive key discipline, discipline advantage and characteristic discipline construction, integrate academic resources, form new disciplines, cultivate author team, support the construction of subjects and talents, promote scientific research and communication, spread academic information, drive the teaching research and serve for discipline construction. The editors should have active service for discipline construction consciously, and jointly promote the raising level of Higher Education.
