摘要
高校学报面临国际国内期刊业发展高潮,要改变过去那种“大而全”的总体质量不高的状况,走特色化道路,搞好“名栏”建设。在名栏的建设中,除了要发挥地缘优势、地方文化优势、学科优势,同时还要有开拓创新的精神。
College journals are in the process of development, making efforts to improve their quality and avoid being too general by means of running unique columns. In constructing such unique columns, it is not only necessary to take advantage of local position, local culture and major subjects, but also important to have a creative and pioneering spirit.
