摘要
在装有选择性催化还原(SCR)系统的柴油机台架上进行氮氧化物(NOx)排放试验.分别使用标准尿素溶液(质量分数为32.5%)和非标准尿素溶液(质量分数为45%)进行试验.使用标准溶液时,NOx排放水平达国家标准(国Ⅳ标准),且无二次污染物泄漏;使用非标准溶液时,NOx排放水平达国家标准(国Ⅴ标准),但存在二次污染物泄漏问题,主要污染物为异氰酸(HC-NO).对比试验结果表明:在SCR系统中使用标准尿素水溶液作为还原剂时,催化剂仍具有较大的吸附能力.
The NOr emission experiment was conducted on the diesel engine bench with the SCR system. The standard urea solution (mass fractions of 32.5%) and non-standard urea solution (mass fractions of 45%) were used in the experiment. The NOx emission used with the standard solution could meet the National Emission Standard IV without secondary pollutant leak, while the NOx emission used with the non-standard solution could meet the National Emission Standard V with secondary pollutants,mainly like HCNO. The compared experiment result shows that by using the standard urea solution as reducing agent in the SCR system,the catalyst can maintain a high adsorption ability.
