Optimization and Design of Selective Catalytic Reduction System for Diesel Engine

摘要 采用计算流体力学(CFD)和化学动力学方法对Urea-SCR系统中物理化学过程进行了仿真计算.仿真分析得到了最佳的喷孔数,可为催化器的优化设计提供参考依据. By using CFD and chemical kinetics methods,physical and chemical processes in the Urea-SCR system were simulated.The optimum numbers of nozzle holes have been obtained from the analyzing and simulating result,which can provide a reference for the optimal design of the catalytic converters.
