摘要
水通道蛋白-2是1993年由日本学者发现的,仅在肾脏集合管表达,受加压素的调节。本文对近年来水通道蛋白-2在尿崩症,糖尿病,水盐代谢紊乱等的病理机制中的作用做综述。
Aquaporin -2 (AQP -2) was found in 1993 by a Japanese researcher. It was a water channel of the apical membrane of the kidney collecting tubule. It was regulated by vasopressin. The progress of AQP - 2 in nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, diabetes millutus, water and salt metabolism in this paper.
