硬脆材料精密小深孔BTA型珩磨工具的加工特性研究

摘要 从分析国内外现有工具存在的问题入手 ,着重解决超硬材料精密小深孔珩磨加工中走偏量较大、圆度误差较大等问题 ,提出了一种三导向的BTA型珩磨工具结构 ,使超硬材料精密小深孔加工的质量得到了提高 .实验证明 ,采用新型珩磨工具加工出的小深孔可达到走偏量 0 .0 0 1~ 0 .0 0 2mm/1 0 0mm ,锥度 0 .0 0 5mm/1 0 0mm ,圆度误差 0 .0 0 2~ 0 .0 0 4mm ,表面粗糙度可达到Ra0 .0 8~ 0 .1 6 μm (采用W1 0油石 ) ,最高可达Ra0 .0 4~ 0 .0 8μm ,尺寸精度可达IT5,可获取以珩代研的效果 . The problems of using grinding tools at home and abroad are analyzed,and the bigger deflection and roundness error value of small deep precise holes while grinding super hard material have been solved.A structure of BTA grinding tools with three direction-oriented bars is designed.Therefore,the quality of small deep precise holes is improved to a higher level.In tests of new designed grinding tools,the deflection of machined holes ranged from 0.001 to 0.002*!mm per 100*!mm,and the cone degree is close to 0.005*!mm per 100*!mm.Roundness error has a range from 0.002 to 0.004*!mm,and the surface roughness is no less than Ra0.08~0.16*!μm,and dimension precision is IT5.It is confirmed that the effect of grinding is close to that of rubbing.
