早期宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌20例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨早期宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌(SCNEC)的临床特点、治疗及预后。方法:回顾性分析20例SC-NEC患者的临床、病理及随访资料。结果:20例患者的中位年龄为38岁(32～52岁),均行子宫颈癌根治术,术后进行同步放化疗及辅助化疗;术后脉管累及13例,深层间质浸润9例,4例有盆腔淋巴结转移,6例治疗后发生远处转移;中位生存期22个月,总的2年和5年生存率分别为45.0%和25.0%。结论:早期SCNEC具有高度侵袭的生物学行为,预后差,易复发和转移,辅助放疗、化疗可能会提高患者的生存率。
