摘要
对常用的剪切实验方法进行了简单介绍,并采用典型的±45°偏轴拉伸法和V形开口轨道剪切法对双轴向玻璃纤维布制成的层合板的常温和低温剪切性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,V形开口轨道剪切法测得的剪切强度和模量高于±45°偏轴拉伸法,玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料在低温状态下的剪切性能与常温相比有所提高。
The shear properties at normal and low temperatures of laminates made from biaxial glass fabrics were investigated by means of typical±45°off-axis tension test and V-notched rail shear test. The test results showed that the shear strength and modulus deter- mined by V-notched rail shear test were higher than those determined by ±45° off-axis tension test, and that the shear properties of glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite at low temperature were higher than those at normal temperature.
