摘要
涂层与基体的结合强度是影响涂料功能发挥的重要参数。目前测定涂层与基体结合强度的方法有很多种,对剪切法测定涂层与基体结合强度的试验设备进行力学分析,然后对力学模型进行简化,建立有限元模型。模拟分析了不同应力边界条件下涂层与基体界面剪切应力的分布情况,对实际喷涂工艺有一定的指导意义。
