摘要
用共沉淀法合成了Ca1-xBaxZr4 (PO4 ) 6 (0 <x <1)系列NZP族陶瓷的粉体 ,添加 3wt%的MgO ,在50~ 10 0MPa下干压成型 ,分别在 130 0℃下无压烧结 1~ 2h ,制成CBZP系列陶瓷材料。对这些材料分别进行抗压强度测试 ,用扫描电镜观察了显微结构 ,测定了室温 - 10 0 0℃的平均线膨胀系数。其中CaZr4 (PO4 ) 6 (x =0 )和BaZr4 (PO4 ) 6 (x =1)的抗压强度分别达 157.4MPa和 12 9.8MPa ,平均线膨胀系数为 - 0 .8× 10 - 6 /℃和 2 .1×10 - 6 /℃ ,若调整X取值 ,使其在 0~ 0 .2 5之间 ,可望获得具有零膨胀的组成。
A series of NZP family ceramics Ca 1- xBa xZr 4(PO 4) 6(0<X<1) prepared by copreciptate method. The sinter condition was:additive 3wt%MgO; sinter temperature 1300℃;sinter time 1.5~2hr. Microstructures of the sintered specimens were examined by scanning electron microscopy and their strengthes and average coefficients of thermal expansion were tested. The strength of CaZr 4(PO 4) 6(X=0) and BaZr 4(PO 4) 6(X=1) were 157.4 Mpa and 129.8Mpa respectively , and their average cofficients of thermal expansion was -0.8*10 -6 /℃ and 2.1*10 -6 /℃.It can be expected to abtain a composition of nearly zero expansion characteristic by adjusfing the X value.
