摘要
应用湿化学法和低分子有机溶剂分散获得了二元组成的KxSr(1 -x) / 2 Zr2 (PO4) 6 粉体 ,粒径为 1.0~2 .0 μm ,制成了相应的陶瓷。研究了x分别为 0 ,0 .2 5 ,0 .5 ,0 .75 ,1.0五种组成的热学性能 ,当x =0 .5时 。
K xSr (1-x)/2 Zr 2(PO 4) 3(KSZP)powders were synthesized by precipitate method and dispersed by small molecular organic solvent, the size of which particle was 1.0~2.0μm, the KSZP ceramics were made. Thermal properties of five different compositions of KSZP materials(x=0、0.25、0.5、0.75、1.0)have been investigated.KSZP(x=0.5)ceramics exhibit near zero bulk thermal expansion, low thermal expansion anisotropy.
