Hydrogenated cotton seed oil fatty acid sucrose ester is synthesized by using hydrogenated cotton seed oil fatty acid and sucrose as raw materials. The optimal synthesis conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of fatty acid ester to sucrose is 1∶1, the amount of affinity agent is 30% of the reactant, the amount of catalyst is 2.2% of the reactant, the reaction temperature is 155℃ and the reaction time is 6 hours.
