摘要
以油脂和蔗糖为原料,不使用任何溶剂,直接反应合成脂肪酸蔗糖甘油酯。粗产物经除去皂、盐等杂质后,即得食品级脂肪酸蔗糖甘油酯。产品尚可按需要进行分离,分别获得脂肪酸蔗糖酯和单脂肪酸甘油酯。
This process relates to a sucrose glycerides prepared by the direct reaction of sucrose with fat used as a raw material and in absence of any solvent.A food-grade sucrose glycerides can be obtained by removing the impurities such as soaps,salts etc from the crude product.If desired,the product obtained can be further separated to obtain purer sucrose esters and monoglycerides respectively.
