摘要
目的:研究一种从大豆糖蜜中简便提取大豆异黄酮的方法。方法:以大豆异黄酮含量和得率为考核指标,通过单因素试验研究最佳提取工艺。结果:固形物浓度20°,50℃下搅拌1h,3000rpm离心15min为最佳工艺条件,可制备含量20%以上的大豆异黄酮,应用于保健食品开发。
Objective: To study the best extraction condition of soybean isotlavone in soybean molasses. Methods: The content and yield rate of soybean isoflavone Regard as the index,and studying the best extraction condition by single factor test. Results :The best extraction condition is solids concentration 20°,50℃ stiring l h,3000rpm centrifugal 15min, by which can preparate the 20% content Soybean isoflavone and applicd to develop health food.
