摘要
目的分析本地区分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)葡萄球菌盒染色体mec(SCCmec)类型。方法利用3套多重PCR体系扩增耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌SCCmec型特异性位点、共同位点、鉴别位点、内参照位点以及mec基因复合物和ccr基因复合物进行SCCmec分型。结果分离的156株MRSA中,6株MRSA不能分型,可分型率为96.2%。其中,Ⅲ型SCCmec 125株,占83.3%,Ⅱ型SCCmec 11株,占7.3%,Ⅳ、Ⅴ型SCCmec各7株,占4.7%。结论本地区分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌流行携带最多耐药基因的Ⅲ型SCCmec。
To investigate staphylococcal cassette chromosome mec (SCCmec) typing of methicillin-resistant Staphylococ cus aureus strains isolated in Guangdong, 3 sets of multiplex PCRs (MPCRs) were used to type SCCrnec, and MPCR1 was used for detecting the special loci, common loci, distinctive loci and internal positive control locus in SCCmec. MPCR2 and MPCR3 were used for analyzing the mec gene complex and ccr gene complex, respectively. Results showed that among the 150 MRSA which was typeable, 125 (83.3%) were type Ⅲ , 11 (7.3%) were type Ⅱ , and 7 (4.7%) were type Ⅳ or Ⅴ. It's definitely that type Ⅲ SCCmec is prevailing in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated in Guangdong Province.
