摘要
护理安全管理已经成为保障和促进住院病人安全的一个重要内容。国外系统化、专业化安全管理体系的构建,提高安全、防范风险的新方法、新理念给国内护理工作者一定的启发。文中综述国内在组织制度构建、护理经验与技术相互转化、完善临床事件的分析及评估、拓展安全文化理念等方面的研究各具特色,但执行尚不规范、系统,亟待进一步探讨研究,形成国内较完整的指导性标准体系。
Management of nursing safety has become an important element of inpatient safety. Foreign systematic and specialized safety management system, new methods and ideas for safety improvement and risk prevention, provide some enlightenment for domestic nursing care workers. In the present study, we summarized the features of organization regimen construction, nursing experience and technology transformation, the analysis and assessment of clinical events and the expansion of safety culture idea in domestic practice. Domestically, operation of the system is not standard and systematic yet, which urgently needs further research and exploration to form more complete instructive standard system.
