再谈临床资料在肾活检病理诊断中的重要性 被引量：2

摘要 肾疾病的临床和病理结合最密切，尽管如此，其临床表现与病理类型也无确切的规律可循，因为同样的临床表现、体征和实验室检查结果，肾病的病理类型可完全不同，即使同样的病理类型在病变的不同阶段，其治疗和预后也不一样。因此，仅依靠病理医师从形态学角度诊断肾疾病就不能像诊断肿瘤性疾病那样权威，临床医师可根据临床表现和实验室检查对肾活检病理报告提出质疑、甚至否定。
