摘要
为研究UHMWPE纤维层合板的抗弹性能,将力学本构模型简化为面内"各向同性"模型和层间"节点力"模型,利用Abaqus 6.9实现全部分析过程,并根据分析结果讨论UHMWPE纤维层合板的失效模式。研究表明:简化后的模型能够较好地模拟UHMWPE纤维层合板的抗弹过程;在立方体破片高速侵彻时,靶板表现出明显的3阶段破坏,弹体发生镦粗和侵蚀现象,剩余速度和靶板变形的凸包高度跟试验值较为一致。
In order to study the ballistic performance of UHMWPE fiber laminate, the mechanical constitutive model was transformed into "isotropic" model in layer and "node force" model between layers. And the entire analysis process was achieved by Abaqus 6.9. Based on results of the analysis, UHMWPE fiber laminate failure mode was discussed. Studies show that the simplified model can better simulate bullet-proof process of UHMWPE fiber laminates. When UHMWPE fiber laminates are penetrated by high-speed cube fragment, a three-stage destruction is showed on target plate, upsetting and erosion occurs on missile body, and it is consistent with the experimental values that the residual velocity of fragment and height of the convex hull of deformation on target plate.
