空心弹体侵彻金属靶板的数值模拟和实验研究 被引量:14

Numerical simulation and impact test study of hollow projectiles impacting steel plates

摘要 采用动力有限元方法和弹道枪加载实验技术进行了两种材料 (35CrMnSi和贝氏体钢 )的空心弹体垂直侵彻A3金属靶板的对比研究 ,分析了弹、靶材料典型的宏观变形破坏过程和微观组织结构。实验结果表明 ,当撞击速度较低时 ,弹体头部发生镦粗变形 ;当撞击速度较高时 (80 4m/s、798m/s) ,两种材料的弹体头部则均有质量侵蚀现象 ,35CrMnSi侵蚀略少于贝氏体钢 ,弹体头部均有绝热剪切带出现 ; D numerical simulations and normal impact tests were performed to investigate the different penetration characteristics of ogive-nose projectiles made of either 35CrMnSi or bainite steel .The macroscopic features such as plastic deformation ,erosion process and the microstructure of the projectiles and targets were observed and analysed.The results show that, with a relatively low impacting velocity,plastic deformations occur at the noses of the projectiles;and with a high velocity,instead mass erosion,there is less erosion in 35CrMnSi projectile compared with bainite steel one;adiabatic shear bands were found in all projectile noses;bainite steel can be used as a new projectile material.
