摘要
立足于地下矿山工程爆破实际,首次将井下乳化炸药现场混装车进行了分体式设计,解决了由于地下矿山巷道狭窄而导致井下混装车难以到达爆破作业面的技术难题。重点阐述了分体式井下乳化炸药现场混装车的结构、工作流程及其装药主要参数,并结合具体的工程应用实例,论述了该分体式混装车的特点和广阔的应用前景。
Based on the underground mining blasting engineering practice, the split underground loading truck for site sensitized emulsion explosive was design for the first time, which solved the problem that the loading truck difficultly reached the blasting working face because of narrow underground mine tunnel. The structure, work flow and main parameters of the split type underground loading truck for site sensi- tized emulsion explosive were introduced briefly. Combining with the specific project example, characteris- tics and wide application prospect of the split type underground loading truck were elaborated.
