摘要
从现有比较成熟的城市地价动态监测技术出发,分析城乡一体化的土地价格形态即其估算方法,结合农用地地价和城镇地价的衔接方法,探究城乡地价一体化动态监测的可行性和体系建设技术路线。
Based on the mature dynamic monitoring technology of urban land price,the land price forms and its measurement methods were analyzed.According to the convergence of agricultural land price and urban land price,the feasibility of the land price dynamic monitoring were explored based on the integration of urban and rural areas and the technical route of system building.
