摘要
[目的]探索卷烟制丝过程贮叶工序适宜的环境温湿度控制条件。[方法]通过设定制丝过程贮叶工序环境温湿度条件,系统研究了烟片温度、烟片含水率、切丝效果、叶丝物理质量等变化情况。[结果]在不同的温湿度贮存环境条件下,烟片含水率、切丝前烟片温度等关键指标变化较小,切丝效果差异不显著,叶丝物理质量无显著差异。[结论]企业应结合自身实际,根据环境条件与加工质量的影响关系,制定科学合理的温湿度控制条件,以达到既能降低企业能耗,又能保证卷烟在制品工艺质量的积极效果。
[Objective] To explore the suitable temperature and humidity conditions during the storage of tobacco leaves.[Method] The changes of tobacco temperature,water content,cutting effect,cut tobacco size distribution,etc.,were studied by controlling the storing temperature and humidity.[Result] Under different temperature and humidity conditions,the changes of the water content in tobacco leaves,the tobacco temperature before cutting,etc.,were very small,there was also no significant difference in the cutting effect and the physical quality of cut tobacco.[Conclusion] The enterprises should take into account their own conditions as well as the relations between environmental conditions and processing quality,and determine the scientific and reasonable temperature and humidity conditions,so as to not only reduce the energy consumption,but also guarantee the high quality of tobacco products.
