摘要
围绕着光合速率、呼吸速率、单株叶面积、叶片空间分布特征和生育期等光合特性,对我国目前常用玉米自交系进行了系统聚类分析.根据参与聚类的性状为单个、2个、3个和5个,分别将这些自交系分成若干组.依吐丝期前后玉米光合生产能力最大时期的单株叶面积和光合速率两个性状,将132个目前我国常用玉米自交系资源划分成十类,并建立了相应的分类判别模型.分类的结果还表明,我国目前常用玉米自交系以中等叶面积大小光合速率中等和大叶面积光合速率较高的类型为主,未出现大叶面积低光合速率和小叶面积高光合速率两种类型.说明为了取得玉米光合生理育种的进展,还需进行遗传重组,扩大丰富基因类型.
Photosynthetic rate, respiratory rate, leaf area, plant-type and growth and development stage of inbred lines which were used extensively in China at present were used to cluster in the project. The inbred lines were divided into several groups according to the number of photosynthetic characters (being 1 to 5) participated in clustering. 132 inbred lines were divided into'10 groups according to leaf area per plant and photosynthetic rate measured at silking stage. In China, the inbred lines with middle leaf area and photosynthetic rate or largest leaf area and larger photosynthetic rate were abundant, but such ones that would combinate largest leaf area and lowest photosynthetic rate or highest photosynthetic and smallest leaf area were as yet absent. It indicates that genetic recombination will be required in order to bring progress to photosynthesis physiological breeding.
