14种食物不耐受检测对慢性荨麻疹诊治的意义 被引量:3

The significance of the test of food intolerance of 14 sorts foods for diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria

摘要 目的分析慢性荨麻疹患者与14种食物不耐受检测结果的关系,指导临床对慢性荨麻疹的诊断和治疗。方法选择皮肤科确诊慢性荨麻疹病人221例作为病例实验组,健康体检人员40例作为对照组,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测14种食物特异性IgG浓度。结果实验组中有131人有不同程度食物不耐受(阳性率59.3%),而对照组只有11例阳性(阳性率27.5%),检测灵敏度为59.2%,特异性为72.5,阳性预测值为92.3%,阴性预测值为24.4%。结论大部分慢性荨麻疹与食物不耐受有关,食物不耐受检测对慢性荨麻疹诊断和治疗有重要指导意义。 Objective To analyze the relationship bet sorts of food. Methods 221 patients diagnosed as chronic ur normal people as control group each one in both group was p eific IgG of 14 sorts of foods.
