摘要
为研究赤霉素不同浓度和处理时间对茄子砧木托鲁巴姆种子萌发的影响,用300～1 000 mg/kg的赤霉素对托鲁巴姆种子在常温下进行浸种处理试验。结果表明:赤霉素处理后的种子萌发均有明显提高,其中浓度为700 mg/kg、浸种时间48 h处理发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数最好,分别比清水对照高79.4%、92.5%、58.3%。
To study the effect of different concentrations and soaking time of GA3 on seed germination of eggplant Tolubamu,the Solanum Torvum seed germination experiment was carried out with 300 ~ 1 000 mg/kg GA3 in normal temperature. The results showed that：the priming treatment all enhanced the germination of the SolanumTorvum seeds,among that 700 mg/kg and GA3 soaking 48 h treatment was the optimal treatment and the germination energy,the germination rate and the germination index were significantly increased to 79.4%, 92.5% ,58.3%.
