摘要
测定水茄种子吸水和温度、光、暗和不同浓度GA3影响其种子发芽的结果表明:水茄种子于25℃恒温下浸种12 h后吸水达到饱和,其适宜发芽温度为30℃,萌发不受光照或黑暗影响。变温浸种的发芽率是70.0%,100、200、500、600、1 000 mg/L GA3浸种的发芽率分别为31.7%、32.0%、41.4%、41.9%和70.0%。
Effects of seed water absorption, temperature, light, darkness and GA3 on seed germination of Solanum torvum Sw. were investigated. The results showed that Solanum torvum Sw. seeds water absorption reached saturation after being soaked for 12 h at 25 ℃. The optimal germination temperature was 30 ℃. Light or darkness had no effect on seeds germination of Solanum torvum Sw. Germination rate of Solarium torvum Sw. seeds was 70.0% in poikilothermal seed soaking. And the germination rates were 31.7%, 32.0%, 41.4% ,41.9% and 70.0% ,respectively,with 100,200,500,600,1 000 mg/L GA3 treatments.
