摘要
目的:评价临床护理路径在青光眼小梁切除术围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:采用对照临床试验研究,将75例单眼青光眼患者分为应用临床护理路径的观察组39例和应用常规护理的对照组36例。评价指标包括术前平均等待时间、平均住院日、平均住院费用、医疗护理质量和患者满意度。结果:平均术前等待时间、平均住院时间、平均住院费用,观察组均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医疗护理质量包括疾病知识掌握率、健康知识掌握率和满意率,观察组亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在青光眼小梁切除术围术期护理中的应用,可有效缩短治疗时间,降低治疗费用,提高医疗护理质量及患者满意度。
Objective：To evaluate the application effect of clinical nursing path in glaucoma trabeculectomy perioperative nursing.Methods：A controlled clinical trial on 75 cases of monocular glaucoma,patients were divided into the application of clinical nursing path in the observation group and the control group using conventional nursing.Evaluation index included：preoperative average waiting time,average hospitalization days,the average cost of hospitalization,medical care quality and patient satisfaction.Results：The average preoperative waiting time,the average hospitalization time,hospitalization costs,the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.the quality of medical care including disease knowledge,mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction rates rate,observation group were significant higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical nursing path in glaucoma trabeculectomy perioperative nursing application,can effectively shorten the treatment time,reduce the cost of treatment,to improve the quality of medical care and patient satisfaction.
