摘要
在集装箱同步装卸方法的研究基础上提出了舱位协同作业,建立了基于岸桥与集卡加权作业时间最短的多目标优化模型.求解同一个贝位中不同舱位的最优装卸顺序,及优化后的集卡与岸桥作业时间.通过数值模拟与传统装卸策略的数据对比,验证了基于舱位协同策略的集装箱同步装卸方法的可行性与有效性,为改进国内大多数港口传统装卸方法提供了参考.
Based upon simultaneous hatch operation, the method of synchronized container loading and unloading is presented. To minimize the weighing and transporting vehicle time as well as quay-crane handling time, a multi-objective optimization model is established. The optimal operational sequence of hatches in a bay is obtained, as well as the shortest handling time of vehicle and quay-crane. Numerical tests, which are compared against the traditional operations, illustrate the feasibility and efficiency of synchronized container loading and unloading method based on simultaneous hatch operation.
