摘要
崇尚个人权利的当今时代,政府干预的模式只是自由经济理念下的有限政府模式,人们普遍认为政府的干预只是市场调节的辅助和补充,并应随着市场的完善而逐渐退却。而现实并非如此,有限政府对于市场的法律干预将随着经济生活的日益复杂而更加深入,不仅限于宏观的干预,而且会触及微观层面,经济法对我国经济的调控作用将越来越大。
In the era of advocating individual rights, the government intervention model is still limited in government model dominated by free economy concept, and people generally believe that government intervention is only supplementary for market regulation, and will gradually subside with the perfection of the market. But the reality is not so, legal intervention by limited government to market e- conomy becomes more and more widespread along with the increasingly complicated economic life, which is not only limited in macro- scopic intervention, but also involved in microcosmic intervention, and the regulation of economic law to China~ economy will be more and more important.
